My eldest daughter had used them about 4 years ago and she was very happy with the tour hence us using them for our visit in 2025. Once we reached out to Skip The Line Barcelona, Carolina replied right away and promptly answered all our questions before we booked. Booking the tour was a smooth transaction and once all was confirmed Carolina sent us an email with all the details and with instructions on where to meet on the day of the tour which for us was by La Sagrada Familia. We started the tour there then we headed over to Park Guell via taxi which you pay for as it is not included with the price of the tour. Each tour was 1.5 hours long. During each tour Carolina was very personable and extremely knowledgeable on both of these infamous and incredible top attractions! Our only mistake was doing two tours on the same day we arrived in Barcelona. If you are thinking of doing the same, I would suggest to do each tour on separate days and highly recommend using Skip The Line Barcelona! You won’t be disappointed! At the end of the tour we all hugged Carolina shaking hands was not an option! : )
