You will be attributed the status of USER by accessing and or using this STLB portal, irrespective of your status as a customer of STLB. To this end, STLB will establish technical barriers in order that Users read, be informed, and accept this Legal Notice.

3. USE OF THE PORTAL:

skipthelinebarcelona.com provides access to a multitude of information and services via its webpage without express or implied guarantees regarding accuracy or integrity (hereinafter, “the contents”). Users who access this webpage recognize and assume responsibility for usage. This responsibility extends to the registration that is necessary to book services. In said registration, the USER will be responsible for providing true, accurate, and lawful information.

This web (URL) is governed by Spanish laws and by national and international legislation on copyright and intellectual property. Customers are requested to behave in a safe, generally accepted, polite manner respecting at all times public order and the instructions of the guide. We encourage and promote respect for natural environments during our tours. Customers are requested to follow all indications given by nature park rangers, public park workers, and any other authority while visiting their premises.

STLB will pursue the breach of these conditions in addition to any improper use of its portal by exercising all corresponding civil and criminal legal actions.

6. LINKS TO OTHER PAGES:

When skipthelinebarcelona.com makes available links to other Internet webpage’s, STLB does not exercise any type of control over said sites and contents. Under no circumstance will STLB assume any responsibility for the contents of any link to a third party website, nor will it guarantee the technical availability, quality, reliability, accuracy, amplitude, veracity, validity and constitutionality of any material or information contained in any ofsaid hyperlinks or other Internet sites. The owners of such linked pages being solely responsible for the same. Likewise, the inclusion of these links will not imply any type of association, merger or participation with the entities related to them.

7. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

For our private tours/excursions STLB requires full payment to confirm a booking.

Any cancellation or change must be sent by email to the following email address: info@skipthelinebarcelona.com

Depending on the cancellation date we will apply the following refund policy:

• More than four (4) weeks before the date of the tour/excursion, 100% of the payment will be refunded. Except for entrance fees.
• Less than two (2) weeks before the date of the tour/excursion, 90% of the payment will be refunded. Except for entrance fees.
• One week before the tour and once a tour/excursion has started, No refunds are available.

For the Sagrada Familia guided tours:

• More than two (2) weeks before the date of the tour/excursion, 75% of the payment will be refunded. Except for entrance fees.
• Two (2) weeks or less before the date of the tour/excursion, 0% of the payment will be refunded.

Being the friendly professionals that we are if you are not able to do the tour/excursion on the date booked, just let us know and if it’s possible we will do our best to place you on another date. Tickets to some sites that need pre-booking will not be included in this case and we’ll have to buy new ones.

Tickets to Sagrada Familia and Park Güell are paid by customers to the guide the same day of the tour, but bought by us, at least 4 (four) weeks before the date of the tour and they are not refundable at all unless it is Sagrada Familia or Park Güell that do not aloud visitors, in that case, once we get the refund it will be sent to you. We’ll keep the amount of the tickets from your payment for the tour.

8. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION:

The legal notice in this web is governed by Spanish law. Both parties, STLB and User, without renouncing their own jurisdiction or another jurisdiction that may legally correspond to them; submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of Barcelona.

However, STLB and the user, undertake in good faith, to try beforehand to resolve any conflict in a friendly way.
